Well, I've come extremely close to finishing up my pic programmer. The guy at obddiag.net must be a god, because he says he made it in an hour, and it's taken me like 5, lol. I tried to follow the schematics and match it to the picture, then I was just like screw it, I'ma following the schematics and arrange it however I want, and then things started picking up speed. Just gotta add 3 more diodes and it'll be finished. I'll upload pics and maybe some eagle cad files once I get it done, prolly tomorrow.
I also picked up some double-sided copper clad boards from a radioshack near work on wednesday so I could get started on the arduino and the obdii interface. BTW, Radioshack has a bad habit of hiding the good stuff in the back, and having idiot employees that don't know what they're looking for. If the website says they have it in stock, and it's not out on the shelf, make them go in the back and look for it. Giving them a picture might help alleviate that deer in the headlights look on their face.
